This Meeting is by invitation only. PLEASE REGISTER BY MAY 12!
Please join us for an enjoyable evening, and assist in the Board transition and planning for the next term. We would like to take this opportunity to reflect on this past year, thank those who were a part of making it a successful year, and congratulate those who will serve in the upcoming year.
We invite all current Board Members and Committee Chairs, as well as all incoming Board Members and Committee Chairs, to the final board meeting of the 2025-2026 term (ending June 30), which will transition to the Planning Meeting for the next 2026-2027 term (starting July 1).
SCHEDULE FOR THE EVENING:

5:00pm Meet in the bar for cocktails

5:30pm Move upstairs to the board room for a short business meeting (agenda coming at a later date)

6:00pm Dinner and social time

6:30pm Dessert served and Planning portion of meeting to begin (agenda coming at a later date)

8:00pm Adjourn
Menu:
First Course - House Salad with field greens, shredded carrots, sliced radishes, cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, and choice of two dressings. (Gluten free)
Second Course - Please choose from one of the following entrees
- Rocky Mountain Trout: Sauteed trout, ice pilaf, green bean almondine, chipotle raspberry jam, pinon nut.
- Braised Beef Short Rib: Boneless short rib, aged white cheddar grits, blackberry demi glaze, baby carrots, asparagus.
- Asian Grilled Vegetables: Jasmine rice, ohitashi, sweet chili glaze, ponzu, Asian slaw.
Desserts - Gourmet Dessert Display, including a display of cookies, petit fours, seasonal tarts, and mini desserts.
